We have a 30-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee. You pay the postage to return the complete system to us in its original packaging so it is received in re-saleable condition with all parts included as purchased. Returns are not accepted for a "wrong model" error on the part of the customer. We cannot refund shipping costs. You must email dpollock@maxwellsatellite.com for a Return Merchandise (RM) number and "ship to" address. We do not accept any returns without a RM. **Please contact DirecTV (888-866-3015) to cancel your TV service.**
