The satellite pointing software in the modem is very easy to use. Simply enter your current zipcode (or lat/long), click Next. A few clicks later you have completed the setup procedure. No expensive and complicated signal finding meters are necessary with our unique design. We include the Outdoor Pointing Interface (OPI) that displays the signal strength at the dish for fine tuning.

| How It Works | ||
One satellite is assigned to your account for the lifetime of your 24-month contract. The satellite pointing software is in the HughesNet satellite modem, not on your computer. This makes the satellite service computer-independent. Use Internet Explorer 6.0 or Firefox 2.0 as your interface to the modem.
