What an easy system to install. Thank you very much. I'm sure that Sandra and I are going to enjoy the PortaSat for years to come. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the equipment... the training material is absolutely the BEST... and the ease of setting up is remarkable.

We purchased the system ... received it about four days later. Taking my time the first time and carefully following the training material, it took about two hours to set up and begin surfing for the first time on the system.

Setting up the equipment is simple. Finding the signal is actually easier than our Dish Network 500 dish.

The second time we set up was in Missouri and it took about 40 minutes... once again, I took the time to carefully follow the instructions. I worked alone and took my time. When we returned home, set up took about 35 minutes. I'm sure I'll soon be able to reduce set-up time to twenty minutes... less than that if I were to ask Sandra to help.

Thanks again for a beautifully designed portable Internet system. Tomorrow I terminate our DSL service that has been costing us $92.00/month (including the required telephone service that we actually didn't need.)

We'll use the PortaSat during the two or three months we're home and always when RVing when free WiFi access is unavailable/unreliable. Thanks again.

"Just wanted to let you know of the success I had in setting up my system yesterday.

Due to the great instructions provided, anyone with the ability to read should be able to follow them and be successful. The only time I experienced any difficulty was with cross-pol. With a signal strength of 78-79, sometimes 80-81, it still took a while to pass. Finally decided I had gotten a couple of passes, or at least thought I had, but just didn't close quick enough. Did get a pass though and have been up and running.
